Can I replace my traditional telephone system?

Yes, this is possible. It is important to closely examine the functional needs in order to make the translation within in the future Teams telephony environment. We are happy to support you in making the transition.

Is there a solution for reception staff?

There are several possibilities to support the front office with the right functionalities. Let us advise you about the possibilities.

Is customer contact centre functionality supported?

Within DirectRoute365, we offer a basic contact centre solution for a small monthly fee. Reports and a live wallboard are included standard and, as an agent, you can also participate from home.

What hardware do we need to make calls?

There are many types of headsets and desk phones available. We provide custom hardware recommendations based on the type of user (personas).

Is there a minimum number of users to get started?

Our focus is on organisations with a minimum of 50 active users per month. A Microsoft 365 E1 license, including phone system license, is required to activate Teams Telephony.
