Communicativ can support your organization with Microsoft Teams Live Events. Many organizations are strategically moving to digital delivery of knowledge, sales, or update sessions. With Teams live events, users in your organization can broadcast video and meeting content to large online audiences.

Microsoft 365 live events bring live video streaming to a new level. Live events encourage connection throughout the entire engagement lifecycle with attendees before, during, and after live events. You can create a live event wherever your audience, team, or community resides, using Microsoft Stream, Teams, or Yammer.

Teams delivers chat-based collaboration, calling, meetings, and live events, so you can expand the audience of your meetings. Teams live events is an extension of Teams meetings, enabling users to broadcast video and meeting content to a large online audience. Live events are meant for one-to-many communications where the host of the event is leading the interactions and audience participation is primarily to view the content shared by host. The attendees can watch the live or recorded event in Yammer, Teams, and/or Stream and can interact with the presenters using moderated Q & A or a Yammer conversation.

IT Readiness Assessment

(first time use of Teams Live event technology)

Communicativ will validate the existing Microsoft Teams configuration and underlying network infrastructure to verify if everything is ready to support Microsoft Teams Live based events. The required configurations changes will be documented based upon the Microsoft Best Practices.

Organizational Readiness Assessment

Together with the Event Organizers, the required Microsoft Teams Meeting Setup (Meeting, Live Event, Breakout Rooms, etcetera) will be determined based upon the pros and cons associated with these meeting types and the organization needs.

Presenter locations (onsite or remote) and required facilities used during the event (camera, microphones, whiteboard, etcetera) will be discussed and optionally facilitated by Communicativ.

The entire Event, including Rehearsal Events will be documented in a Run-of-Show document which includes a step-by-step approach of the event with stakeholders and clear actions assigned.

Event Scheduling and Production

Communicativ will assist the Event Organizers to schedule the event including the necessary meeting options and Event Roles (Presenters, Producers, Moderators). All participants with specific Event Roles will be briefed by Communicativ to assist them in their specific role.

Organizational Support

Communicativ will provide (onsite) Support during Rehearsal and the Live Event to assist starting and managing the event with Microsoft Teams based upon the Run-of-Show document.

During the event, Communicativ will monitor the event to validate a smooth Event Experience for all attendees.

Microsoft Teams Live Event Equipment

Communicativ can support organizations with Teams certified equipment during there Live Events. No big investments are needed and Communicativ will invoice based on a pay per use model.
